Accessing the Akashic Records, the client goes back through time to their previous lives or incarnations by accessing memories and experiences that are normally hidden in their subconscious mind. Past life regression in combination with access to the higher self can also heal emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually. Typically, at the end of the memory of the past life, you witness the death in that life. At that moment, connecting with the higher self can eliminate all residual effects from that life as it may be appearing in the current life.

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a hybrid therapy known for its efficiency in discovering the root of a client's issue and helping them let it go for good. Similar to EMDR, RTT combines CBT, solution-focused therapy, and hypnotherapy along with mindfulness to create a unique approach that can help someone reframe their issues. RTT gets to the root cause of a problem and provides a person with the tools they need to reframe their past and replace negative thoughts. This could include trauma, anxiety, fears/phobias, family issues, medical hypnosis, and addictions.

In a typical session, we fade past the conscious mind, which judges, analyzes, and is fearful, and access the calm, quiet higher mind is accessible. The client’s own questions which he or she brings to the session are presented. The individual has total recall of the experience and speaks during the experience. The therapist is merely a facilitator of the session and records the person’s answers.

Using this technique to access the higher self empowers people to find the answers within. With more direction, clarity and purpose, individuals can make decisions that will allow them to learn the lessons they proposed for themselves and accomplish their mission in this life.
